DON’T think about it – DON’T HESITATE
When I started, I was very skeptical thinking this would be another “normal” workout like being in a fitness gym with cardio equipment, weights, and step aerobics. So I wasn’t really looking forward to going but a friend of mine begged and convinced me to participate in a “free buddy day” boot camp class. Well was I in for a shock or should I say my “body” was. My body had no idea what was happening – TOTAL SHOCK !!!! The boot camp is a total body workout – abs, arms, cardio, lower body, upper body, weight training, etc.
After camp I was so happy that I went and this is when my workout regime, my eating habits, and my life begin to change. I have been amazed how my body has changed over time and I feel better than ever. Head2Toe truly works and some of Percy famous quotes: “you get what you put in” & “you should eat to live” which is true. What a great 2for1 deal, a registered Dietitian and Fitness Trainer – that would be PERCY !

I signed up my daughter to attend Percy’s H2T Fitness Bootcamp to help her lose some weight before getting pregnant with her second child. About two weeks into the 8 week camp she found out she was pregnant and it was a high risk pregnancy and could not continue the bootcamp. I filled in for her at the H2T Fitness Bootcamp for six weeks and decided to continue it longer. I am now at my 20 month with Percy attending his weekly sessions 2-3 times a week. I am in my 50’s and was never a fitness or sport type person in life. I have been wearing the same size of clothes for over 25 years, but never at the weight was suppose to be at according to all the health charts. Since I have been going to H2T Fitness, I have lost two sizes of clothes and have become more fit and toned. My husband started attending the H2T fitness sessions with me four months later and has been with Percy for 16 months. It is good couple time with a purpose. We are striving to be fit senior citizens! Every boot camp session is different and never boring. We enjoy the weekly interaction with the other bootcampers that attend…laugh a lot and sweat a lot! I have attended Head 2 Toe for over two years. I have to say when I first signed up I had no intention of attending past the first 8 week session. The boot camp is very tough, but effective and NEVER boring as the workouts are always different. I have seen many changes in both my body and endurance.
