Yisel Pena, who goes by the name Sel given to her by a great friend and colleague of hers, was born and raised in Dallas, TX. She is a mother of 3 children, 2 girls and 1 boy. She started her fitness journey at home in her living room, from falling off and on again with different workout videos she found one that she enjoyed, which was Shaun T’s Insanity.

In October 2013, she became a client at H2T Fitness and Nutrition and was quickly intrigued by the constant variety & different training styles provided by Mr. Bass. As she saw the change within herself, she felt that she could be an inspiration to mothers by providing support and having them believe change is possible and that everyone starts somewhere. In the process of learning how to exercise, Yisel found alove for eating healthy and her kids thrive on eating healthy with her.She is not only an inspiration to women who’ve had more than one child but is also an inspiration to her children by constantly working on her fitness goals and healthy eating habits.

In October of 2015, Yisel attended a class and received her certification by the National Federation of Professional Trainers. She enjoys learning new things when it comes to the physical movement of the human body.
