Formerly known as "Boot Camp", our Metabolic Group Fitness Training classes are designed for all skills levels. Our expert coaching staff designs workouts easily adaptable to fit everyone from beginner to advanced athlete in these fun, extremely effective classes.

SEMI-PRIVATE

Our Semi-Private Training offers the best of both worlds: Personalized attention along with the support and motivation of others. In groups of 2-4, clients receive individual attention and coaching while being part of a team that holds them accountable.

STRONG(HER) SMALL GROUP

The Strong(Her) Class is for those who are ready for the next level. Building lean muscle (not bulk), toning, and developing strength are the goals. Our expert fitness staff develop just the right amount of weight, repetitions, and cardio to achieve awesome results.

MANSFORMATION STRENGTH 

H2T Mansformation provides a tough, challenging, and yet, safe environment in which to get stronger, build lean muscle, and become "bulletproof". It is not for the faint at heart, but definitely for the man who is ready to take his health and fitness journey to new heights.

All Honor and Glory to God!! I have exceeded my first goal of 20 lbs lost! I am currently at 22 lbs lost and ready for more!!! I started on July 23rd and its been about 8 weeks! I feel amazing and ready for more!
