Shannon Nix is a group fitness coach and personal trainer at H2T Fitness Studio.

Shannon is a Native of Tulsa, Oklahoma. He has a B.S. in Health Promotion from the University of North Texas. Shannon is certified as a Personal Trainer through the Cooper Institute. He specializes in Group Fitness Training.

I get inspired by all things healthy. I love learning new and affective ways to maintain good health. I really like helping people change their lives for the better through exercise and proper nutrition habits. I am passionate about overall health. Health should be maintainedholistically. When it comes to health, I live by the 80/20 rule. I eatclean 80% of the time and I exercise 80% of the time. I love to be outdoors. I also really love the beach. My ultimate goal is to live inCosta Rica. “Fitness is a lifestyle with no finish line”.
