Group Training in Grand Prairie with Head2Toe Fitness affords a unique experience that combines expert training with teamwork in a fun, safe, supportive environment where you can accomplish your goals without incurring the costs associated with small group training.

Formerly known as “Bootcamps” we call our training, “Metabolic Group Fitness” training. This is for anyone frustrated with their current results (or lack there of) and needs a change! Our High Intensity workouts are made for any fitness level. We make regressions for every exercise and if need be we make progressions as well. With this training you get:
